- 16 ounces good quality white chocolate, divided
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Very Vanilla Extract
- 2 tablespoons rainbow jimmies
- 5 ounces gummi bears
Instructions
Line an 9x12-inch (or similar size) baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all but one ounce of the chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds (use the chocolate setting on your microwave if it has one). Stir with a rubber spatula and microwave in 20 second increments stirring in between until the chocolate is smooth and completely melted.
Finely chop the ounce of chocolate you held back and add it to the hot chocolate - stir, stir, stir until it's completely melted and combined. Stir in the vanilla.
